Who we are

Beathex (beathex.com) and Beathex Studio are run by Rexon India, based in India. “Beathex”, “we” and “us” mean Rexon India; “you” means anyone using the site.

Using Beathex

By using the site you agree to these terms and to the policies linked at the bottom of every page. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be 18 or older, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.

• Songs & Music: the songs on Beathex, written by Sach Mirzapuri, play through YouTube’s own embedded player, under YouTube’s Terms of Service. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube Music and Amazon Music take you to those services, under their terms.
• Online tools (Master your music, Stems, Caption Studio, Audio + Artwork, Background Music, Cut & Join, HD Upscaler): you may use them for your own audio and video, or material you have permission to use. Some parts are free; others use Beathex Credits, as shown before you start.
• Studio services (jingles and caller tunes, custom songs, songs from your words, releasing your song, mastering by an engineer): ordered on WhatsApp or by email. The price, length, delivery time and revisions are confirmed with you in writing before work starts.

Your content

Anything you upload or send us — songs, videos, lyrics, logos, briefs — stays yours. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not break anyone’s rights or the law.

You give us only the permission needed to do what you asked: to process the file in the tool, or to work on it for your order. We do not publish, sell or reuse your content.

What you may not do

• Upload or process content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or defamatory.
• Try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, or get around its limits or Credits.
• Pretend to be someone else, or use Beathex’s name, logo or songs in a way that suggests we endorse you.
• Use the tools to remove watermarks or protection from content that is not yours.
• Use a payment method you are not authorised to use, or make a payment you intend to dispute without reason.

Our content

The Beathex name and logo, the site’s design and text, and the songs released by Beathex Studio (written by Sach Mirzapuri) belong to us or to their owners. You may listen, share links and embed through the platforms that host the songs; you may not copy, download or re-upload them except as those platforms allow.

Prices, credits and payment

Paid tools and studio services are priced in Beathex Credits. Credits are sold in packs and top-ups on the Credits page (beathex.com/credits): in Indian rupees, or in US dollars for international cards. Prices shown are the full price, inclusive of any applicable taxes. Purchased credits stay usable for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Payments on the website are processed by Razorpay, a payment gateway regulated in India, by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. Your card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by Beathex. You need to be signed in to buy Credits, because they belong to your account.

Credits are added to your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. Credits have no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money, resold or moved to another person except through Beathex. If your balance is too low, a tool or service does not start and nothing is deducted.

Studio services can also be paid directly on our written confirmation (for example by UPI or bank transfer). Refunds follow our Refunds and Cancellation policy; delivery follows our Shipping and Delivery policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site and tools running and accurate, but they are provided “as is”: features can change, pause or end, and results from automated tools (mastering, stem separation, captions, background music, upscaling) can vary with the material. Please keep your own copies of your files.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do; using the site after that means you accept the new version. Credits you already bought keep the terms they were sold under.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

Signing in

You can sign in with your Google account. Signing in is optional for listening and for the free tools; it is needed to buy and use Credits. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us; your Google password stays with Google and is never seen by Beathex.

You are responsible for your Google account and for what is done while you are signed in on your devices — please sign out (in the account menu) on a shared device. A sign-in lasts up to 30 days. We may end or refuse a sign-in to protect the site, or if these terms are broken.

To stop signing in for good, sign out and remove Beathex from the third-party connections in your Google Account. To have anything we hold about you deleted, write to support@beathex.com.

Accounts and marketplace (when they open)

Beathex is preparing accounts with email and password, playlists and a marketplace for licensing music. When they open, those accounts will need a confirmed email address, you will be responsible for keeping your password safe, and purchases there will follow the Licensing Terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first — most problems are solved quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be decided by the competent courts in India.
