Licensing Terms
This is a draft. It describes how Beathex works and what this document will need to cover, but the wording has not been settled or reviewed. It does not create any obligation and should not be relied on.
The two licences
The marketplace sells a **personal** licence and an **exclusive** licence. An exclusive sale takes the listing off sale; a full refund returns it. What each licence permits in practice is a commercial and legal decision that is not encoded anywhere in this repository.

What a buyer receives
An entitlement recorded against the order, and access to a download through a signed, expiring URL. **There is no DRM**, and the document must not imply any.

When access begins and ends
Access follows payment: an order grants nothing until it is settled. A full refund revokes the entitlement; a partial refund does not.

Seller obligations
A seller warrants they hold the rights to what they upload. The wording of that warranty requires drafting.
