Licensing Terms
Custom jingles and caller tunes
Once paid in full, you may use your jingle for your own brand, business, channel or event, worldwide and without time limit — in ads, reels, videos, radio, caller tunes and in-store. Beathex Studio keeps the copyright in the music and may mention the work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to. You may not resell the jingle on its own or register it with Content ID as your own composition. Different terms (for example full buy-out of rights) can be agreed in writing for a quote.
Songs from your words
Your poem, shayari or lyrics stay yours. Once paid in full, you may listen to, gift, share and release the finished song under your name — on YouTube, streaming services and social media. Beathex Studio keeps the copyright in the music it composed and may be credited as composer and producer, unless something else is agreed in writing.
Releasing your song
Your song, its recording and its earnings stay yours: Beathex Studio sends it to the platforms under your artist name and claims no ownership or royalties in it. You confirm that you have the rights to release it and that the credits you give us are correct. Each platform’s own terms apply to the release.
Mastering
Your song stays entirely yours. The master we deliver is yours to release, sell and distribute anywhere; Beathex Studio claims no rights or royalties in it.
Online tools
Results from the tools — masters, stems, captions, background music, joined or upscaled videos — belong to you, to the extent you own the material you put in. Separating stems from someone else’s song does not give you rights to that song. Background music made for your video may be used in that video and its re-edits, including on monetised channels.
Marketplace licences (when it opens)
The marketplace will offer a personal licence and an exclusive licence; the terms of each will be shown before purchase. Downloads will be delivered through expiring links; there is no DRM.
