How a refund is issued
**Refunds are operator-issued only.** There is no buyer-initiated refund in the product. Full and partial refunds are both supported.

What a refund does
A full refund returns the order to a refunded state, revokes the entitlement and releases an exclusive listing. A partial refund returns money and leaves access in place, because a licence is not divisible.
