Shipping and Delivery
Nothing is shipped
Beathex sells only digital products and services: Credits, online tools and studio work. Nothing is posted or couriered, and there are no shipping charges.
Credits
Credits are added to your account automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within a minute — and you can see them on your Credits page at once. If they have not appeared within 30 minutes, write to us and we will add them or refund you.
Online tools
Results from the tools are delivered on the page as a download, the moment they are ready. Files from Stems are available for about an hour and from the HD Upscaler for 3 hours, so please save them.
Studio services
- Jingles and caller tunes: usually 5–7 days, with up to 3 revisions after that.
- Custom songs and songs from your words: the delivery time is confirmed with you in writing before work starts.
- Mastering by an engineer: delivered as soon as it is done, as confirmed with your order.
- Releasing your song: we send it to the platforms after you approve the final details; each platform then reviews it, usually within 1–2 weeks, and you get the links when it is live.
- Finished files are sent by WhatsApp, email or a download link, as agreed with you.
Delays
If something will be late, we tell you before the agreed date. If we cannot deliver at all, you get a full refund, as set out in our Refunds and Cancellation policy.
