Copyright and Takedown
Our music
The songs on Beathex are Sach Mirzapuri’s own releases, played through YouTube’s official embedded player. Links to other services point to the official releases there. Beathex does not host copies of other artists’ music.
How to report
Email support@beathex.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- Your name and contact details, and whether you are the owner or act for them.
- The work you own, and the exact page or link on Beathex you are reporting.
- Why you believe it infringes your rights.
- A statement that the information is accurate, and your signature (typed is fine).
What happens next
We acknowledge every notice within 24 hours and, where it is valid, remove or disable the content as quickly as possible and within 36 hours. Removal is done by a person — there is no automated matching or content ID on Beathex. For songs hosted on YouTube, you can also report directly to YouTube.
If your content was removed
If you believe something was removed by mistake, write to us with the details and why you have the right to use it. We will review it and tell you the outcome. Repeated or deliberate infringement leads to the account or service being refused.
